A Day for Photographers: Galah Regional Photography Prize

If you are a photographer, this day is for you. It's a companion event to the Galah Regional Photography Prize exhibition and it's all about connecting photographers with other photographers.

Hear from:

• Photographers Tamara Dean and Lisa Sorgini in conversation with Tweed Regional Gallery director (and soon-to-be director of HOTA) Susi Muddiman.
  
• Harriet Tarbuck from Photo Collective on how to find meaning and depth beyond the surface of the image, and create layers and stories through your photography.
  
• And portrait photographer Hugh Stewart with his solicited and unsolicited advice on photography and life, in a part-talk, part-workshop.
  

We'll also put on a delicious lunch with cold beer and plenty of time to meet and chat about anything from geeky gear stuff to how much you should charge. Come one, come all.
